St. Gerard's Circle (SGC) is a ministry for mothers.  Our goal is to provide opportunities to connect with other women and build friendships, to continue spiritual guidance for ourselves and our families, and to encourage community involvement.

Our Values

Monthly Meetings- Saint Gerard’s Circle meets the third Thursday of every month during the school year at 7 PM in the Martha & Mary Room at Holy Spirit. Each month we will either have either a guest speaker or a social activity that is relevant to our group and raising Catholic families. Please check the bulletin or Facebook page for more information on the upcoming meetings.

Spirituality- Our faith and spirituality are of the highest importance and are the foundation of Saint Gerard’s Circle.  Some of the events related to this include a family-friendly holy hour in the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, Traveling Mary Statue, Rosary Group, Retreats and more. As a group we value praying together, growing with the support and friendship of other moms and moms-to-be, extending friendship and guidance to those who may be struggling to build their families, supporting our parish with our time and talents, and encouraging community involvement.

Guardian Angels-This is where we come together to help other moms in need by delivering food, prayers, and friendship at the birth of a new baby, times of illness, or any exceptional circumstances where we can provide support.

Service- We will have various opportunities throughout the year for you and your family to serve others.

Playgroups- Playgroups are planned weekly in small groups at members’ houses or a local venue in the community.

Couples Events- Meet other parish members within Saint Gerard’s Circle through scheduled events such as date night, prayer night, a night on the town or at a member’s home.

Mom’s Time Out- Everyone deserves a night out!  Mom's Time Out is a fun opportunity to get out with friends for good food, good conversation, and a little relaxation.  1-2 Timeouts per semester are pre-planned, but other impromptu events might pop-up at restaurants, spas, members' houses, and other various places around town.

Family Events and Kids’ Activities- Pack up and bring the whole family out to our Family Events. Parties, picnics, sporting events, and more!  Fis an excellent opportunity to get everyone involved in Saint Gerard’s Circle and celebrate our families together. Kids’ Activities are an opportunity to meet other moms and kids at cool places around town.
