Why should I use RaiseRight?
You can earn money for yourself AND Holy Spirit!What would I buy?You can purchase gift cards (digital or physical) for items you already use (like groceries, restaurants, gas and clothing) as well as gifts for others like teachers, coaches, birthdays, Christmas, etc.!Can I see an example?If you purchase a $100 gift card with a 14% rebate, and you fill out the Holy Spirit agreement form to earn 50% of the earnings, you get $7 and Holy Spirit gets $7. If you choose to not fill out the agreement, the school will receive the $14.How much can I earn?A family of 4 can earn over $1,600 a year from normal, everyday purchases on shopping, dining, groceries, gas and more! That’s $800 for our school and $800 for you!Last year, a Holy Spirit family earned over $500 for their family and over $500 for the school!When do I get paid?After the fiscal year closes on 6/31, you will get a check from Holy Spirit in August as long as you earned the minimum distribution amount of $20 or more. Checks will not be cut if you earned less than $20 for your family and the money earned will go to the school.Does it cost me anything?It's free to join and you get the full value of the gift card you purchase. Transaction fees when you purchase the gift card are as follows: $0.29 for bank payments, 1% for debit card and 3% for credit card.What if I forget to buy my gift card in advance and I'm already at the store/restaurant/about to check out online?You can open your RaiseRight app, buy you e-gift card and it is immediately delivered to your wallet to use. It only takes seconds!I forget to use this fantastic program a lot. How do I make this a habit?Get started anytime, but there are certain times during the year, like RaiseRight days in September, where there are some really great bonuses. Get familiar with the app and remember how easy it was to earn that money!I get credit card points, so I like to use my credit card for payments. What do you suggest?You'll purchase your gift card with the 3% credit card fee, so it helps to make sure the earnings are around 6%. No one wants to lose money!Can my family and friends participate?Yes! Your family and friends can complete the agreement form on https://hscatholic.org/raiseright to designate earnings to a family receiving a Catholic education at Holy Spirit or they can sign up on www.raiseright.com using the Holy Spirit enrollment code 8BAL5D287L3 and earnings will go to the school.Have more questions? Most of our RR is used for just a few stores that we frequent regularly: Walmart, Home Depot and Old Navy. I use a physical,re-loadable gift card for Walmart since I use that so frequently. I'll stock up on Home Depot and Old Navy on RaiseDays (where I get a larger percentage return). If you don't know where to start, start small and keep it simple!"

"I love RaiseRight because I get to raise money for the school without being a salesperson. Every month I purchase enough eGift Card money to cover our groceries. I load the codes in my Instacart app and let it ride. When Instacart goes on bonus I'll do two months worth to get max value. If you "favorite" the retailers you regularly use you will get a notification when they are on bonus. I also like to get a variety of $10 physical gift cards mailed to my home to use as gifts throughout the year. My favorite retailers include Instacart, Stitch Fix, Pottery Barn, Athleta and Shutterfly"
