Important Event Information: PLEASE READ

Please observe our rules for protecting you and your fellow parishioners during this time when your health is most important. Following of guidelines also allows our parish to continue to provide outdoor community events. We will be following CDC guidelines, creating opportunity for social distancing and utilizing heightened cleanliness practices and security.

• Please do not come to the event if you are sick. Practice social distancing and bring hand sanitizer and masks to minimize the spread of germs.

• STATE OF KANSAS AND JOHNSON COUNTY MANDATES that patrons wear a mask if they leave their vehicle for any reason. The parking lot will be limited to a 50% capacity. You may not park your vehicle within 6 feet of another vehicle and will be directed by parking personnel as to where to park.

• You may bring lawn chairs to sit outside of your vehicle. Please place lawn chairs directly beside your vehicle facing the church and stage. Patrons may sit outside in pickup truck beds or inside an SUV with rear hatch open (not above your roof line please). You must wear a mask if you choose to sit outside of your vehicle; State of Kansas and Johnson County mandate. A radio station will also be available for listening inside your vehicle.  

• Coolers are allowed: please bring plenty of water for your group. Please no alcoholic beverages out of respect for the Eucharist and the family and youth centered event.

• Again, we request that guests wear a mask if they leave their vehicle for any reason including to use the restroom.  We request that you remain within an arms length of your vehicle while sitting outside.

• Only a limited number of people allowed in the restroom at a time, except an adult with a child.

• You must practice social distancing at all times.

• The playground is off limits during this event.

• Please plan to stay until the end of the event following the Eucharistic Adoration. Expected end time of 8:30pm.

• This is a rain or shine event.
