The Friend Raising , HOLY SMOKE OFF VI, “Smokin For St. G” , is set for Friday and Saturday September the  12th & 13th, in the Holy Spirit parking  lot.  This event--thanks to Father Harry and Father Storey--has always been a total Friend raiser, i.e. goal is to bring people together, not to raise money.  In years where there has been an overage, this has always been graciously donated ( by the contestants and with Fathers’ blessing ) to our sister parish of Santa Gertrudis in Honduras.
 
Band Friday Evening, All are welcome to come, mingle, listen and relax.
 
This is an open contest and totally for fun and bragging rights.

Times are from Friday the 12th approximately 9:00 am until 3:00 pm Saturday .
Categories are: Ribs/ Chicken/ Brisket and Pork.
